This rich and delicious honey-processed coffee represents several firsts for HGCC. Not only is it our first offering directly sourced from the country of El Salvador, but also our first time roasting the pacamara varietal. Our production roaster, Josh, had his pick from quite a few farms in El Salvador, but once he reached the Usulután Mountains and met Justo Gonzalez, he knew that he found the perfect coffee for Happy Goat's third Small Batch Series.
